Here is the cake I made for Christmas this year. My kids thought that it was really cool because we had snow on our cake like we have outside.I tried a new way of making the fondant this time and I found that I wasn't able to move it as easily as the last one I used. I am still looking for the perfect recipe for fondant.
I want to try making a tier cake next.
